I'd rate the risk as negligible across all areas, especially as the Act is keen to stress that it does not want to infringe on freedom of expression. I don't anticipate any reason for anyone to report us to the Authorities, and if someone did so maliciously, there will be no problem dealing with it if we have all followed the rules.
However, forums such as this are expected to have in place mechanisms and instructions so that posters can report potentially harmful or illegal posts. Of course, we already have a mechanism for reporting a post. On the top of every post is an exclamation mark. Click that and you can report a post. FORUM SPECIFIC GUIDANCE HERE.
If anyone does post prohibited material, it will be deleted immediately it is seen by, or brought to Admin attention.
We must have an accepted Code of Conduct and that is one of general decency and respect towards fellow members of the Forum. Robust debate and language is part of our heritage, but hostile personal insults and general extreme behaviour may be subject to removal or moderation. Furthermore, violations (of this Code of Conduct) may result in warnings to members that continued violations may result in the cancellation of membership but, if considered appropriate by Admin, result in the immediate removal of a member, without warning.
I'm posting this as a locked stickie in the forum info area, so I can update it or use it for reference if necessary.
I'll take this opportunity to remind people that the forum rules are here.
Thank you.
