It has been confirmed to us that the person who posted the image on FB was The Unmentionable.
He has confirmed that he removed the watermark it himself in an email.
Not that any of this matters.
The constant one-upmanship between sites and people is just getting tedious.
We just do what we do and try to avoid it.

The first edition hardback is going to be available until 31st August, then THE NOIZE is totally out of print.
The video is a quick leaf through it, with a bit of a live soundtrack added.
It would have been rather cheeky to use the whole song, so I haven't done so.



The second and final edition will be out in hardback on November 1st, then in paperback on November 8th.

I spent a couple of hours yesterday creating the new second edition hardback cover, after idly mentioning an idea I had a while ago, that I dropped as I didn't think what I wanted to do could be done. I spend so much time in Photoshop now that it was easy when I revisited the idea and sat down to do it. It was great going back and forth over the ideas with Chris. We do have a laugh and the job gets done.

No advance spoilers on this second edition, I'm afraid.
I'm bursting to show it off, but I'm going to keep this under wraps until publication.
The hardback will be out for November 1st (possibly orderable a couple of days before).
The softback will be out on the 8th.
Last night it reached 290 pages.

Only the hardback is available now. the paperback has been taken off sale.
Look after your first edition copies as it is being fully unpublished at the end of August.

THE NOIZE will be available as a second edition in hardback on November 1st. The hardback is the version that will have all of the fan names in that have been collected at The Slade Forum and at https://www.facebook.com/thenoizebook/

I have just finished the hardback cover design and will try to stop tweaking it. Chris is probably fed up of being sent the new versions!

The paperback version will be available a week later. The design for this was done quite a while ago and I have to say it's 'iconic'.

No spoilers with the designs, I'm afraid. Not long to wait.
