All but Nod have had copies (can't figure out how to get it to him).

Looks common sense to me that all four members should be very proud that two of their fans have written such an excellent book about theirr recording history

We all thank the band for there music as we all should thank the fans for keeping them alive and this book is a must for any fan

If you don't mind me asking Ian, interested to know how many copies your superb book has sold...

I will go as far as to say the magic 500 have turned out.
If I did the math, I could work out exactly how many, but i am lazy and also not supposed to give sales figures.

I prefer not to send books to an old office address.
The opportunity to hand Nod the book in person will come up at some point.

Solid plan. It eliminates the middleman and guarantees delivery to the intended recipient.

That's a decent number, makes your efforts worthwhile

It's certainly been worth it.
It was worth it for me when I first held a proof copy in my hand.
Anything above that was a bonus.
