We are three willing, honest and hard-working musicians and we would of course hope and expect to be treated fairly by venues. We reciprocate that fair treatment by being as fair as possible to venues and by givng a very good performance. To ensure that all goes well at our shows, for us and for you, all bookings taken by The Three are therefore subject to these basic and reasonable terms and conditions:

1. Confirming the booking
All bookings taken via phone, email or messenger are agreed as a contract immediately upon confirmation. Once we take a booking, it goes in our diary and on our website. We commit to play and the venue has agreed to have us play.

2. Publicity and promotion
We will provide a suitable personalised poster image to the venue for use on Facebook and the internet shortly after taking the booking. We will use our normal channels to promote the event (except for private events). The client should of course also make suitable efforts to promote the event at their venue.

3. Payment
THE THREE should be paid after the performance as agreed.

4. Cancellations
For our protection, in the event of your cancelling the contract after the booking has been confirmed (except in the case of venue closure), charges will be invoiced as follows:
15 - 30 days notice: 25% total event fee.
14 days or less notice: 100% total event fee.

In the unlikely event that THE THREE needs to cancel the booking, THE THREE will inform you of the cancellation immediately that the situation is known and make all reasonable attempts to find a suitable replacement artist of similar standard and style, at no extra cost to you. Should a suitable replacement not be found, THE THREE will of course immediately refund any deposit that may have been pre-paid.

5. Changes on the day
Please, wherever possible, discuss and agree as soon as possible any changes to the agreed schedule which are unavoidable on the day of the event, such as timings, etc. We are not at all unreasonable and we will of course help wherever we can.

6. Standard artist requirements:
Power:
It is the responsibility of yourself / THE VENUE to ensure that a safe source of power is provided for THE THREE, and that all local authority regulations are adhered to. For further information regarding power requirements, please contact THE THREE.

Venue constraints:
It is your responsibility to ensure that the performance venue will provide a safe performance area, and to ensure that the venue is happy to accommodate the performance of such live music, including any live music licenses. Other considerations, such as noise limitations, should be mutually agreed between THE THREE and you prior to booking. Any relevant information should be disclosed to THE THREE prior to booking confirmation.

Performance Area:
A suitable performance area should be provided and cleared in time for our arrival. THE THREE can perform without raised staging if necessary.

We ask that you please do not use any sort of smoke machine on the stage prior to, or during our performance.

Parking:
Please ensure, wherever possible, that safe parking is available for three cars for the duration of the event.

Security:
There should be adequate supervision and / or security at all times. In the event of unruly or threatening behaviour from any person, THE THREE are entitled to cease the performance, without penalty.

7. Equipment
The sound and lighting equipment and all instruments brought and used by THE THREE (including the PA system and our microphones) are not available for any use at all by other performers or any other persons, under any circumstances.

If you need to use a microphone to make an announcement, please let us know prior to the start of the show and we will set one up for you.

8. Force Majeure and The End Of The World, etc..
We have to put this bit in.... In cases of 'force majeure' (war, fire, death, illness or other capacity certified by a properly qualified medical practitioner, epidemic, pandemic, accident, civil commotion, national calamity, order of Government or Local Authority having jurisdiction in the matter, changes in law, foreign government policy, act of God), which are not attributable to any act or failure to take preventive action by THE THREE or you, then the THE THREE or you may cancel this booking without penalty other than loss of any deposit paid.

By taking a booking with the band, both sides agree and are to honour these conditions.
