To tell the truth... I hate Basecaps with passion! Why is anybody wearing them??? They make everybody looking the same...no Style! No personal dress code...just like Army Helmets!...UGH!
But that`s just my crazee intro...I think the new Book is simply fantastic! I am reading it whenever I could,in ...

I am reading it mainly on the loo yet(Pardon) and I have to say, as I was guessing from the first Page Peeps...it`s excellent! A bloddy good read...tho I have`nt compare it to the 1st Edit...I relay on my memory...and this Edit is as far as I can tell far more into detail and has so much more info ...

Started read through it...in no particular order! Great read. Cannot tell the difference between the 1st Edit and this one about the time span from 71 up to let`s say 1980 with breaks at 1977 or so...but it`s a bloddy entertaining read and worth any penny...the hardcover looks, weights and feels ...

Just had a quick peep in...Hell,it`s absolutely great and it seems it`s going much deeper into detail than the 1st edit. Let alone the Intros of you both are such an entertaining read...thanks for the effort,Bros. YOU RULE!!!!
KOW

Thanks again you both! Can`t wait. Autnm draws on...nuff time to study and burry into a good read and detect some interessting news and dig in former Books and Bios...while listening to the Splatter ones! Looking foreward!

F U N TASTIC!!! What a brill, idea to use the Fontana Label! Absolutely great! Congrats Bros.

What I`ve learned about his character in past years...is absolute contrare to what I was made belive during the seventies...but I still think...it was`nt all bollocks he wore...take a look at Bowie...Cooper...Roy Wood...I realize it stuck to 12% since ever...and not awaiting it to come to see the ...

[Admin note: DONE]

The first edition of THE NOIZE is being taken off sale on June 30th.
The second edition should be available on November 1st.

As well as having a brand new cover with a totally iconic Slade image on the front, it is being massively expanded.
New releases. New images. New information.

GREAT! What a lovely sidestreet, especially on a sunny day. Compare to the PiL Cover where it looks dark and kinda bleak. Perfectly suiting the Skinhead Image. Great work of Mankowitz and Co !!!

It is too true, that there are so many false lyrics to be find out there in the www...so in Dons Book it`s correct. I have a funny story to tell...during my High Scholl Education second way,I had a very cool English Teacher...David Pearson..and I asked him exactly the same question:Would you be so ...

I go for Feel the noize by Chris Charlesworth. I will not count the personal Bios in,as they gave no neutral view on the Band. Before Feel the noize,Tremletts Book was the only one available here in Germany via Bravo Books. But my Bible for years was The Sölade Papers...I found it by accident in ...

...in the end I think it`s a... fake. Why should he sign a Book, when his Band is left out history wise?
Guess, they just copied a page from the official Tour Program...

mds wrote: November 16th, 2019, 12:38 pm Not sure why they would promote Nod's signature without a sample page with Slade on stage at MOR.
