1-Apr - The Fan club-organised Slade's 25th Anniversary party. All of the group attended. Slade performed just the one song; Chuck Berry's 'Johnny B Goode'.
This turned out to be the group's final ever true live appearance, discounting a few later mimed TV slots. The evening was notable for the first gathering for some years of all the original members of the pre Noddy Holder / Jim Lea line-up of The N'Betweens.
